Botanical Harmony fish oil is made from Peruvian anchovies. It is molecularly distilled to ensure that there are no contaminants or heavy metals present. Omega-3 is a long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA). They play an important role in the growth and development of the brain, regulation of blood pressure, renal function, blood clotting and inflammatory and immunological reactions.

Directions for use:
Adults: Take 1-3 softgels daily preferably after food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
